Hey Rampant Family!

It’s your co-founder and president, Jamar Watkins here, and I’m beyond excited to officially welcome you to the Creator Lookout, our new weekly newsletter! Alongside my partner and co-founder/VP, Shawn Jewell, we’re taking the Rampant community to the next level—beyond just Instagram.

For those of you who’ve been with us since the early days, Rampant really took flight back in 2020 when we launched Rampant Media, and we began building our crew of talented, yet often overlooked creators from across the country. Fast forward to today, and we’re a growing creative network with top-tier photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and video editors from all over the globe.

We’ve got two major goals driving everything we do:

1. To be the leading platform that empowers, educates, and showcases creatives in the sports industry.

2. To work with brands, teams, and outlets to create standout content and scale production for the big leagues.

We’ve been hitting those goals by spotlighting the best talent in the game—through posts like "School Creatives You Should Know" and our "Weekly Creator Spotlight" series. Not to mention, we’ve partnered with brands like Workout Anytime and Ziebart to deliver viral content that’s left an impact.

Now, I know what you’re thinking—another newsletter? This isn’t just more noise in your inbox. The Creator Lookout is all about you—the creators, the community, and how you can get more involved, both inside our Rampant family and with real-world opportunities. Doesn’t matter where you’re located—if you’re a creator, Rampant is your home. Period.
